武宿立交枢纽主线桥病害分析及加固措施

针对太旧高速公路武宿立交枢纽主线桥出现的裂缝、漏筋、缺损、麻面、空鼓、露筋、露波纹管等缺陷,初步分析箱梁承载能力有所下降,抗弯承载力安全储备不足,抗剪强度难以满足设计和使用要求,刚度不足,不能够满足设计和使用要求。文章通过对加固方案的研究,针对不同病害提出了不同的加固措施。     

Flame spread over the surface of thermal insulation materials in different environments

Experiments were conducted in a plateau area in Lhasa and a plain area in Hefei China to investigate the flame spread characteristics on thermal insulation materials under different environmental conditions (pressure and oxygen concentration).Molded polystyrene foam (EPS) and extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) samples were placed horizontally on a small-scale flame spread experimental bench.Changes in the average length of the pool fire,flame spread speed,average flame height,and length of preheating zone were used to determine the effect of the plateau and plain environments on flame spread characteristics.These parameters were all larger in Hefei than in Lhasa,which indicates the fire hazard in Hefei will be higher than that in Lhasa if insulation materials of the same size are used.     

浅谈如何提高市政道路工程质量

公安院校基础教学中公安知识的渗透,有力地驱动学生创造力的培养。在现场勘查中,针对事故现场的实况,可运用动力学的知识,对肇事车辆行驶速度作出科学的鉴定。     

能量存储:基于全新原理的“纳米弹簧”

许多机械装置如钟表、玩具等都采用弹簧来驱动,其能量的存储与释放是通过弹簧内部原子间距的变化来实现的。但是这种原子间距的变化(即弹性变形)所能存储的体能量密度相对很低,如何提高能量的转换效率以及材料存储的能量密度是当前材料科学理论和实验研究共同关注的一个问题。本研究利用金属钨单晶纳米线在加载时独特的孪晶变形行为,提出了一个可以在纳米尺度下高效存储与释放机械能的新原理,并据此设计了相应的纳米装置——纳米弹簧。与块体弹簧不同,本文提出的纳米弹簧通过表面原子的重构来实现能量的存储与释放。进一步的计算还表明,由于金属钨孪晶界面的移动阻力非常小,金属钨纳米弹簧的能量转换效率可以达到98%;同时该纳米弹簧存储的体能量密度可以超过钟表发条的1600倍,并具有30%的应变以及3GPa的驱动应力。     

Gas-liquid phase coexistence and finite-size effects in a two-dimensional Lennard-Jones system

The gas-liquid phase coexistence in a two-dimensional Lennard-Jones system is investigated using Maxwell construction method together with molecular dynamics simulations.The results of phase coexistence in different truncations of the potential are compared with data obtained from the literature,and the corresponding critical properties calculated.The crossover from Ising-like to mean field behavior is observed and confirmed as the temperature approaches the critical point from below.Performing simulations on systems with different sizes,we find that a finite size effect is more significant than those shown in most of the previous results,and a lower critical temperature is obtained when the full extent of this finite size effect is considered.     

Process capability analysis and estimation scheme for autocorrelated data

<正>Autocorrelation is prevalent in continuous production processes,such as the processes in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.With the development of measurement technology and data acquisition technology,sampling frequency is getting higher and the existence of autocorrelation cannot be ignored.This paper analyzes five estimation schemes of process capability for autocorrelated data.Comparisons among these schemes are discussed for small sample and large sample.In conclusion,this paper gives a procedure of process capability analysis for autocorrelated data.     

一类非线性差分方程组的全局渐近稳定性

对一类非线性差分方程组的正解的收敛性进行了研究,当函数if和gi(i=1,2,4,5)满足一定的条件时,证明了该方程组有唯一的正平衡解且是全局渐近稳定的.     

Lysosomal chymotrypsin B potentiates apoptosis via cleavage of Bid

We have reported that chymotrypsin B (CtrB) is not just a digestive enzyme but is also stored in lysosomes. Herein, we demonstrated a broad distribution of CtrB and explored the involvement of CtrB in apoptosis. Exposure of RH-35 cells to H₂O₂ or palmitate induced the redistribution of lysosomal CtrB into the cytoplasm as a result of lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP). Suppression of CtrB significantly blocked apoptosis, while overexpression of CtrB sensitized apoptosis markedly. CtrB could cleave Bid under neutral conditions. In RH-35 cells with Bid silenced, apoptosis induced by CtrB protein was attenuated, suggesting that CtrB mediates apoptosis of RH-35 cells mainly through processing Bid. Our data also suggest that LMP occurs earlier than mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization; Bid activation initiated by caspase-8 might be reinforced by CtrB in consequence of LMP, which causes a positive feedback loop leading to the accumulation of tBid, and results in lysosome- and mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis.     

岩石球砾与平板碰撞法向恢复系数

落石法向恢复系数是运动轨迹分析的关键参数。为研究碰撞速率和材料参数对落石法向恢复系数的影响,基于球板碰撞模型,在考虑材料弹塑性基础上建立岩石球砾法向恢复系数理论模型,并利用ABAQUS模拟球板碰撞过程,监测岩石球砾碰撞前后速率的变化。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与理论计算结果吻合较好,最大差值在5%以内。随着碰撞速率的增大,岩石球砾法向恢复系数逐渐降低,且下降速率逐渐减小;球砾法向恢复系数随着弹性模量的增加而减小,随着弹性极限的增加而增大,且均呈线性关系;泊松比对球砾法向恢复系数影响较小。
